"Barcelona" wants to punish Mark-Andre ter Stegen.
Idman.biz reports that the goalkeeper refuses to agree to the club sending his injury report to the La Liga medical commission.
The German goalkeeper underwent back surgery some time ago. The Catalan club wants to convince La Liga that the goalkeeper's recovery process will take four months - which could allow "Barcelona" to register a new transfer.
The Catalan representative has applied to the legal department on this issue and has begun to investigate whether it is possible to punish ter Stegen, arguing that his decision is detrimental to the club both economically and in terms of sports.
"Barcelona" understands that ter Stegen has the right to refuse to sign this document, but the club believes that the goalkeeper also assumed certain obligations and responsibilities when signing the contract.
Although the club's sporting director, Deko, plans to discuss the matter with ter Stegen this week, the team's captain has made it clear that he does not intend to sign the medical certificate for the La Liga commission.
