Tahir Gozal: "Qarabag's" Champions League qualification went down in Azerbaijani football history as a remarkable event

The president of "Qarabag", Tahir Gozal, shared his impressions about the historic success achieved by "Qarabag" in the Champions League. Sport24.az reports that he shared his thoughts with the club's press service after the 5:4 victory in the play-off stage against the Hungarian club "Ferencvaros" in the sum of two matches.

The club president called "Qarabag's" qualification for the League stage of the continent's most prestigious club tournament a historic achievement. Tahir bey dedicated this victory to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva:

"We dedicate this historic victory to our Mr. President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, the First Vice President of Azerbaijan Mehriban khanim Aliyeva, and our dear people. As the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the conqueror of Karabakh, said, Karabakh is Azerbaijan! Azerbaijan has its say everywhere. Thanks to the brilliant policy of our head of state, which will be an example for world leaders, our occupied lands were returned.
