Japanese national team striker Suto Matino has transferred to Borussia Mönchengladbach. Sport24.az reports with reference to "Bild" that the Japanese footballer has signed a contract with Borussia until the summer of 2029.
The Germans will pay up to 10 million euros for him, including bonuses. The 25-year-old forward played for Holstein Kiel last season.
It should be noted that Matino was Holstein's top scorer in the 2024/25 season, scoring 11 goals in 32 Bundesliga games. However, the team finished 17th and were relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga.
