After the Champions League third qualifying round match "Qarabag" - "Shkendija" (5:1), the head coach of the visiting team, Jeton Beqiri, answered journalists' questions. Sport24.az reports that the expert said the following at a meeting with media representatives:
- You came to Baku to pass the stage, but the score was different. How would you give a logical explanation for this?
- I congratulate "Qarabag". In the truest sense of the word, they deserved this victory and played much better than us. There is nothing to say about the score of 1:5. We played very badly in the first half. From tomorrow we will analyze the match and prepare for the Europa League play-off stage.
- What was the main problem in today's game - physical fatigue or a difference in level?
- There are many reasons. Physical problem, intensity, tactical issues. The first problem is conceding early goals. The tension of the game is higher in the Champions League.
- Was the result a surprise?
- We did not expect such a result. We must learn from such games.
