"Shamakhi" forward Abdullahi Shuaybu has been disqualified for three games, and the club has been fined a total of 4,500 manats. Sport24.az reports that the decision was made at a meeting of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee.
Shuaybu was suspended for three games after receiving a direct red card in the 44th minute of the match against "Kapaz" in the VIII round for aggressive behavior against an opponent. His behavior cost "Shamakhi" 3,000 manats.
Both teams - "Kapaz" and "Shamakhi" - faced a fine of 1,500 manats due to the late start of the match due to problems with uniform compliance. In addition, "Kapaz" will pay another 700 manats for showing yellow cards to four players.
According to the decision of the Disciplinary Committee, the guest team was fined 700 manats in the "Imishli" - "Gabala" game, where five players received warnings.
The "Sumgayit" - "Karvan-Yevlakh" match started late due to the guest team's late arrival on the field, so "Karvan-Yevlakh" was fined 3,000 manats.
