"Qarabag's" games with "Shkendija" will be held in an interesting and tense sports struggle." Shahin Diniyev said this in his statement to Sport24.az.
The experienced specialist shared his expectations regarding the "Shkendija" - "Qarabag" match, which will be held within the first match of the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League:
"The opponent managed to make a name for themselves in Europe after eliminating FCSB from the competition in the second qualifying round. It is a team that plays compactly. It is very difficult to make predictions in football, but "Qarabag's" experience in European Cups and its squad for today outperforms the opponent. "Shkendija" will only try to do something collectively. "Qarabag" has a better chance in this regard. Of course, it won't be as easy as we think. "Qarabag" has to spend more effort. There are problems in terms of the game, in my opinion, the team will minimize these problems from game to game."
It should be noted that the "Shkendija" - "Qarabag" match will be held on August 7 and will start at 22:00 Baku time. The return match between the teams will take place in Baku a week later.
