Idman.biz reports that these words were said by the head coach of "Zagatala" Rustam Mammadov in his statement to Sport24.az.
The young expert stated that although the club management's meeting with the sponsor was scheduled for July 17, it was later postponed to August 8 for undisclosed reasons: "According to the information I received, the club management should meet with the sponsor tomorrow. After that, the team's goal and budget will be determined. I have not renewed my contract with Zagatala, which has expired. Because we ourselves do not know our salary, what goals we will fight for. We will start signing contracts after the budget is known. We can easily talk about goals after our financial situation is confirmed."
It should be noted that "Zagatala" finished the 2024/2025 season in fifth place with 34 points.
