Ruben Amorim, the head coach of Manchester United, who had a bad start to the season, made a statement to the English press. Sport24.az reports that the Portuguese expert said that he will not change the 3-4-3 tactical system:
"No one, not even the Pope, can change my system. This is my job, my responsibility and a part of my life. There will be no change, but development will take place gradually. It is important that all steps are taken correctly,"
The coach emphasized that changing the system under pressure could change the players' attitude towards him:
"If I changed now, the players would look at me differently. The impact of decisions on the team is great, so every step must be carefully measured."
He noted that he will continue his method and the results will change over time:
"I do my job my way. Others approach it differently, but the results will change. I'm just trying to win games and find the best option for the next meeting."
