- We are happy to have won. We came for 3 points. Despite the victory, we need to work harder on ourselves. We have a lot of gaps. It was very important for us to go to the break before the national team games with 3 points.
- Your goal was a bit unexpected. How would you describe that episode?
- It may be a bit unexpected. However, no matter what, the main thing is that I managed to distinguish myself. My goal gave the team 3 points. So it doesn't really matter.
- How difficult was it to focus on the match against "Neftchi" after the defeat against "Araz-Nakhchivan" in the previous round?
- Of course, "Neftchi" has good players. They showed a good game in the match with us. Therefore, the match was difficult. We knew that it would be difficult to play away against "Neftchi". However, we were able to win.
- How do you assess your team's performance in the first 3 rounds?
- We are improving our results day by day. We have quality players in the squad. I think that if we continue like this, we can achieve even greater results.
- "Turan Tovuz" has set a championship goal, how realistic is it for the team to cope with this task?
- Why not? We all want it. We are working on ourselves to become champions. Therefore, we will fight to be champions until the last round of the Premier League.
- How do you assess the level of the Azerbaijan Premier League?
- The championship is very tense. The level of competition is very high in every match. There is determination and speed in this championship. High technique is demonstrated in terms of playing with the ball. Playing in the Azerbaijan championship is a very important and good experience.
- Considering that you played for Madrid "Atletico" before, does the phrase "Land of fire Azerbaijan" mean anything to you?
- Of course, it means a lot. I know that there used to be cooperation between "Atletico" and Azerbaijan. This phrase is also very important to me. Every day I understand its meaning better.
