The channel's statement said that in recent days, unfounded information has been spread in the press regarding the visit of famous Turkish sports commentator Ertem Şener to Azerbaijan.
"Ertem Şener, who has a great influence in the brotherly country, is also received with special sympathy by our football fans. Both his comments and his sincere approach and sensitivity in discussions about "Qarabağ" and Azerbaijan in recent times attract the attention of our fans.
Taking into account that Ertem Şener has a large audience in Azerbaijan, SPORT TV channel invited him to Baku on the eve of the "Qarabağ" - "Chelsea" game. As part of the visit, he also acted as a commentator in "Qarabağ"'s game at the initiative of CBC Sport.
Against the background of great interest in Ertem Şener and positive reactions to the visit, SPORT TV reached an agreement with him and plans to regularly present Eurocup games with his commentary until the end of the season. That is, this is entirely SPORT TV's business and creative project.

It is regrettable that some social media pages are trying to create such hype for no reason and mentioning the name of İTV.
