"Real Madrid" is monitoring "Crystal Palace"'s 21-year-old midfielder Adam Wharton.
İdman.Biz, citing AS, reports that "Real" is considering the English footballer as an alternative to Martin Zubimendi, with whom the club was unable to sign a contract last summer.
According to the source, "Manchester United" is also actively interested in Wharton. Some media outlets previously wrote that the "Red Devils" are ready to offer 60 million pounds (69 million euros) for the 21-year-old footballer this summer.
Wharton has made 10 appearances in all competitions this season, providing one assist. His current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2029. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is 45 million euros.
