- You signed a new contract with "Araz-Nakhchivan". Did you receive offers from other clubs in the Azerbaijan Premier League?
- First of all, I would like to say that I am happy to stay in "Araz-Nakhchivan". I have great respect for Zaur Akhundov and Elmar Bakhshiyev. To be honest, although I had offers from different clubs, I preferred to stay in "Araz-Nakhchivan". I am also happy with the step I took.
- Your team is the most active in the transfer market among the Premier League clubs. Will we see a stronger "Araz-Nakhchivan" from the 2024/2025 season?
- Of course, we all believe that the new season will be great for "Araz-Nakhchivan". Those who left the team have made their contributions to the club's success. The newcomers already know that we have done very well last season. We have a good team and we continue to work.
- The team will participate in the European arena for the first time in its history. In the Conference League, the draw brought you against "Aris". How do you evaluate the draw for "Araz-Nakhchivan"?
- You know, successful results are the result of the good work and effort done so far. We will still work well. We will also perform in the European Cups. Our preparations are ongoing.
- Have you been interested in "Aris"? What percentage chance do you think you have of qualifying for the next stage?
- To be honest, we still don't know anything about "Aris". Because we are first focusing on improving our physical fitness. We are continuing the preparation for the season. After that, we will have plenty of time to get to know the Greek club closely.
- Sometimes teams advance to the main stage in their first year. Do you think you can advance to the league stage in the Conference League?
- As I said before, we are now focusing on preparation. As the games approach, of course, our coaching staff will give us the necessary instructions and we will prepare for the matches. Last season, as a team, we did a good job. We will fight to the end for the best in every match we play. I hope everything will turn out as we want.
