Idman.biz reports that Ramin Musayev, who was the president of the PFL from 2008 to 2022, said this in his statement to Telegraf while evaluating "Qarabag"'s rivals in the UEFA Champions League.

As for "Chelsea", if we speak a little realistically, we have not reached that level yet. However, I believe that Gurban Gurbanov will prepare his players well against them."
Musayev said that "Qarabag" will gain great experience from these games: "This is a very important factor. Remember that "Qarabag" performs better against strong opponents. I don't believe that there will be complacency in the players of teams like "Chelsea", "Liverpool" and "Napoli". Moreover, I think they are already worried when they hear the name "Qarabag" (laughs - ed.)."
