"Qarabağ" football player Ramil Sheydayev will leave the team at the end of the season. Sport24.az reports, citing a reliable source, that the 29-year-old striker failed to justify the trust placed in him by the Aghdam representative. The club management does not intend to continue cooperation with the forward who did not meet expectations.
Sheydayev, who rejoined "Qarabağ" in mid-September, is also dissatisfied with his role in the team and has already started looking for a new club. He has appeared in 6 matches in the Misli Premier League and 1 match in the Azerbaijan Cup this season. Although the striker had a chance for a total of 385 minutes, he was not remembered for either a goal or an assist.
It should be noted that Ramil Sheydayev previously played for "Qarabağ" in the 2017/2018 season and in 2021–2023. However, this return was not as successful as the previous ones.
