"Qarabag" is interested in Umar Diouf, a football player of the Belgian team "Liege".
Idman.Biz reports with reference to the Belgian media that the Azerbaijani representative offered the other party 1.2 million euros in compensation.
However, the offer was rejected. "Liege" is asking for 1.5 million euros for the Senegalese forward.
The 22-year-old forward is also in the spotlight of the Belgian clubs "Gent", "Brugge", as well as the Cypriot team "Pafos" and an unnamed English Championship representative.
Note that Umar Diouf has appeared in 18 matches in the Belgian Second Division this season and scored 8 goals. He has a contract with "Liege" until the end of the 2026/2027 season.
