Negotiations between "Qarabag" and "Lorient" regarding the transfer of striker Sambu Sumano seem to have reached a dead end.
İdman.biz reports, citing insider Rudi Galetti, that the Aghdam club has officially withdrawn from the fight for the 24-year-old Senegalese forward. According to Galetti, the French club reduced the price to 3.5 million euros, but "Qarabag" refused to exceed its limit, insisting on its previous offer of "2.5 million + 0.5 million bonus."
Earlier, it was reported that the football player had already agreed on his terms and was ready to move to the Aghdam club participating in the Champions League, but it turned out that the difference in the parties' prices was too great.
The French press previously wrote about Blackburn's interest in Sumano, stating that the amount was approximately 6 million euros. This made negotiations with "Qarabag" difficult. The Polish club "Vidzew" is also interested in the football player, but they are not ready to pay the required amount either.
