We had reported that Javad Mirzabeyli, the head coach of "Qarabag"'s reserve team, had left the club. Mirzabeyli confirmed in his statement to Sport24.az that he had parted ways with the Aghdam representative:
"From now on, I will be in the coaching staff of the U-21. Aykhan Abbasov invited me to the national team, and I thank him for that. I will try to justify the trust".
It should be noted that the team led by Javad Mirzabeyli finished the 2024/25 season in 4th place with 58 points.
