Hakimi said that he had a historic season: "Very few players have scored in the 1/4 finals, semi-finals and finals of the Champions League. It's even harder for a defender to do that."

According to "L'Équipe", PSG supports Usman Dembele as a candidate for the best player of the season award. However, the club also takes a positive view of the candidacy of other players, including Hakimi, and does not want to offend anyone.

However, realizing that the part about the "Ballon d'Or" in Hakimi's interview could cause a scandal, the club tried to delete that part. But the football player did not agree to this, because he thinks that he has the right to say that he wants this award.

According to the source, the PSG club, commenting on this situation, stated that it was "completely calm" and "fully focused on preparing for the match against Tottenham for the European Super Cup." The match will take place on August 13.
