The 3rd round match of the UEFA Champions League between "Bayer" and PSG has ended.
Idman.Biz reports that the French club secured a confident 7-2 victory.
The match took place at the "BayArena" in Leverkusen.
The opening goal of the match was scored in the seventh minute by the visitors' defender, William Pacho. In the 38th minute, Aleš Garcia equalized with a penalty. Three minutes later, Désiré Doué put PSG ahead, and in the 44th minute, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia made it 3-1. Désiré Doué scored a double in added time of the first half.
In the 50th minute, Nuno Mendes scored the 5th goal for "Bayer". Aleš Garcia reduced the difference in the 54th minute. However, 12 minutes later, Ousmane Dembélé increased the difference to 4 goals.
The last goal of the game was scored by Vitinha in the 90th minute.
It should be noted that "Bayer" player Robert Andrich and PSG player Ilya Zabarnyi were sent off in the first half.
After this game, PSG leads the Champions League standings with nine points, while "Bayer" is out of the playoffs with two points.
