The Spanish prosecutor's office has summoned the Barcelona club to court as a suspect in the "Negreira case."
Idman.Biz reports that at the request of law enforcement agencies, the judge also ordered the Catalan club to hand over the preliminary agreements concluded with "Dasnil 95 SL" and "Nilsad SCP," owned by Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira, the former vice president of the technical referees committee.
According to AS, Barcelona's vice-president Elena Fort will speak on behalf of the club. The hearing will be held on January 27.

In the summer of 2025, Spanish anti-corruption authorities summoned Barcelona president Joan Laporta and two former coaches of the Catalan team, Luis Enrique and Ernesto Valverde, to court to testify as witnesses.
