Philippe Coutinho has terminated his contract with Vasco da Gama, which was valid until June. Sport24.az reports that the Brazilian club's official website has released information about this.
The press service stated that the initiative to terminate the contract came from the 33-year-old footballer. This decision was made after the midfielder was booed by the stands. After being substituted at halftime, Coutinho did not return to the substitutes' bench and later released a farewell statement on social media.
It should be noted that Coutinho has played seven games for the Brazilian club this season, scoring 3 goals and providing 1 assist.
