Tottenham is planning to make a change in the head coach position for the new season. According to Spor24.az, one of the candidates to coach the London team is Okan Buruk, who is currently the head coach of Galatasaray.
The publication "Tuttomercato" reported this.
The Premier League giant will hold talks with the Turkish specialist. Italian club Lazio and Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad are also closely interested in Okan Buruk.
It should be noted that Okan Buruk was appointed as the head coach of Galatasaray in the summer of 2022. Under his leadership, the team has become the Turkish champion for three consecutive seasons and is currently the leader in the Super League. The 52-year-old coach's contract with the Istanbul club expires at the end of the season.
