"Sabah" has a chance to overtake "Turan Tovuz" in the league table and settle in 4th place." These words were said by Novruz Azimov in his statement to Sport24.az.
The experienced expert considered the chances of Aghdam representative higher in the final game of the Azerbaijan Cup between "Sabah" and "Qarabağ":
"Of course, Kurban Berdyev is an experienced head coach. If Tovuz residents win one of the next two games, the issue will be resolved. "Sabah" is one of the clubs with normal conditions. It would be a tragedy if they don't qualify for European cups. I think "Qarabağ" will win the cup final. True, anything can happen in a match since it consists of one game, but I don't believe that "Qarabağ" will lose the title. Aghdam residents want to make a "golden double"."
It should be noted that the final game will be held on May 31 at the Sumgayit city stadium named after Mehdi Huseynzade.
