Norwegian referees will officiate the first leg of the UEFA Champions League play-off stage between "Qarabag" and England's "Newcastle" in Baku.
According to "Report", the head referee of the match will be Espen Eskas.
He will be assisted by his compatriots Jan Erik Engan and Isaak Elias Bashevkin. The fourth referee will be Sigurd Kringstad.
The VAR will be operated by Dutchman Rob Dieperink, and the AVAR by Dennis Higler. The referee inspector is Italian Matteo Simone Trefoloni, and the UEFA representative is Lithuanian Ignas Marcinkevicius.
It should be noted that the match will start on February 18 at 21:45 at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium. The return match will take place in England on the night of February 24-25 at 00:00.
