Former "Manchester United" player Nicky Butt has revealed the name of the coach he would like to see at the "helm" of the team. Sport24.az, referring to the "Manchester Evening News" newspaper, reports that the veteran footballer mentioned Jose Mourinho's name:
"I would like Mourinho to return. He is a winner and has the power to lead this club to success. But those who run the club will never allow it. They only prefer someone who focuses on the job and does not control the transfer policy.
No successful specialist would want to come to "Manchester United" without a firm guarantee of budget, time and authority. The current structure makes this very difficult, and they may prefer someone like Michael Carrick."
It should be noted that Mourinho worked at "Manchester United" from 2016 to 2018. With the team, he won the English League Cup, the FA Cup and the Europa League.
