"Neftchi" has finalized its next transfer.
According to "Report", the club has reached an agreement with Venezuelan international midfielder Freddy Vargas.
The 26-year-old footballer has been signed on loan from Israeli club Maccabi (Netanya) for 1 year.
Besides his home country, Vargas has played in the US and Israeli leagues and is capable of playing both on the wings and in the center of midfield. He has made 3 appearances for the Venezuelan national team.
