Chelsea's Ukrainian footballer Mykhailo Mudryk is accused of violating anti-doping rules and could be banned for up to 4 years.
"Report" reports that "The Telegraph" has reported this.
"Yes, we can confirm that Mudryk has been charged with a violation of anti-doping rules relating to the possession or use of a prohibited substance. We are currently unable to comment further on the matter," said a Football Association (FA) spokesperson.
Last year, after a doping test, the 24-year-old player was not allowed to play for Chelsea because a prohibited substance was found in his blood.
It should be noted that Mudryk played a total of 15 games in all tournaments for the "nobles" last season, scoring 3 goals and providing 5 assists.
