"Neftchi"'s new transfer, Murad Khachayev, gave a statement to Sportal.az.
Idman.biz reports with reference to Sportal.az that he spoke about signing a contract with the "white-blacks".
Khachayev stated that "Neftchi" sent him an offer after the season ended: "Negotiations took place. In the end, an agreement was reached and I signed a contract with "Neftchi". "Neftchi" is a "flagship", a club with a great history. After learning that "Neftchi" was interested in me, my priority was to move to this club. I am glad that the transfer took place".
Murad also spoke about the team's training sessions: "Our training sessions continue. I have been with the team for several days now. The guys also accepted me well, the atmosphere was great. We are preparing for the new season".
It should be noted that "Neftchi" has signed a 2-year contract with the 27-year-old defender.
