Head coach of "Benfica" Jose Mourinho and several players of the team have contracted a viral infection before the match against "Porto" in the Portuguese championship.
Lent.az reports that the game is scheduled for October 5. It will soon be known whether it will take place or not. According to the rules, if the team does not have a minimum of 13 healthy players, including the goalkeeper, the meeting may be postponed.
"Benfica" has not yet considered the option of postponing the game, it is reported that the situation is under control at the club. Official postponement requires medical confirmation from health authorities.
It should be reminded that Mourinho was appointed head coach of "Benfica" on September 18. The team is currently in third place in the Portuguese championship with 17 points.
