The 2024/2025 season of the Misli Premier League has come to an end. Sport24.az has conducted a study on the teams that received the most yellow and red cards in the 36 rounds of the championship.
"Turan Tovuz" is in the first place in terms of the number of yellow cards. The players of the regional representative faced this situation 77 times.
"Sumgayit" (74) was second, while "Shamakhi" and "Araz-Nakhchivan" (both 73) share the 3rd-4th places. The next places are occupied by "Kapaz" (71), "Neftchi" (64), "Sabail" (63), "Sabah" (60), "Zira" (54) and "Qarabag" (52).
"Araz-Nakhchivan" is the leader in the number of red cards. The players of the Nakhchivan representative were sent off the field four times. There were 3 such cases in "Sabah" and "Neftchi", and two in "Qarabag", "Kapaz", "Shamakhi", "Sumgayit" and "Turan Tovuz". This number is equal to 1 in "Zira" and "Sabail".
