Romania's national team head coach Mircea Lucescu has been urgently hospitalized due to a heart problem. Sport24.az reports that this was reported by the GOLAZO.ro website.
According to the source, Lucescu was planning to travel to Turkey in the coming days, where many Romanian clubs went for winter training camps. The purpose of the trip was to review potential candidates for the national team, which will play in the World Cup qualifying play-offs in March.
It should be noted that this is not the first time that the 80-year-old Lucescu has had heart problems. He underwent heart surgery in 2009.
