Manchester United's interim head coach, Michael Carrick, has announced that defender Harry Maguire will be offered a new contract. Sport24.az reports that the English specialist said this in an interview with Sky Sports.
Carrick emphasized that Maguire makes a great contribution to the team:
"Harry has a very impressive character. Even at this age, with his experience and qualities, he is important to our team. He performed fantastically against Everton in the last match."
It should be noted that Maguire has been playing for Manchester United since the summer of 2019. The current contract of the England international with the club expires this summer.
