Former US national team midfielder Michael Bradley has been appointed head coach of the MLS team New York Red Bulls.
Idman.Biz reports that this was reported on the league's official website. He previously worked in the Bulls youth team.
"I am very pleased to have the opportunity to be the head coach of the club where I started my football career and to work in my home state. I look forward to working with this club to achieve the success that the fans deserve," Bradley said on the MLS official website.
Last season, after the MLS regular season, the New York Red Bulls finished 10th in the Eastern Conference standings and failed to qualify for the playoffs.
