Idman.biz reports that Flick expressed his dissatisfaction with the national team's use of Lamine Yamal in their games in September, despite concerns about his health.
"Today and here, I don't remember what Flick said, and I'm not interested," said the head coach.
After Yamal's return from the Spanish national team camp, Barcelona announced that the 18-year-old attacker had suffered a groin injury. Yamal has appeared in three La Liga matches this season, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
