"My desire is to focus all my attention on Galatasaray," said Istanbul club footballer Lucas Torreira, Sport24.az reports.
The Uruguayan player noted that his future in the "yellow-red" team has been the subject of much discussion recently:
"There has been a lot of talk about my future lately. I have always said what is in my heart. Unfortunately, my father has had health problems recently, and for this reason I could not fully focus on the team. I thank Okan Hodja, our fans, and my teammates. My desire is to focus all my attention on Galatasaray. We are going through a very important stage. When I leave here, you will hear it from my own mouth. As long as I don't say anything, I'm here. As always, I will be on the field with all my being. The most important thing is Galatasaray. No footballer is superior to Galatasaray."
