Idman.biz reports that the player, who plays for Crystal Palace, has a release clause of £68 million.
The 26-year-old forward is on Tottenham's transfer list. Both London clubs have held initial talks with Eze's representatives.
It should be noted that Eberechi scored 8 goals and provided 8 assists in 34 Premier League games last season. He played a major role in Crystal Palace's FA Cup win.
