"Liverpool" is interested in the transfer of "Newcastle"'s central striker Alexander Isak. Sport24.az reports that insider Nicolo Schira shared this on the X social network.
According to the source, at the current stage, the "Magpies" refuse to sell the 25-year-old forward. Isak has been playing for "Newcastle" since August 2022. The striker played 42 matches in all tournaments last season, scored 27 goals and provided 6 assists.
It should be noted that the Swede's current contract with the club expires in June 2028. The "Transfermarkt" portal estimates Isak's transfer value at 120 million euros.
