Liverpool will fine striker Hugo Ekitike two weeks' wages for taking off his shirt after scoring the winning goal against Southampton in the League Cup.
Idman.biz reports with reference to the Daily Mail that as a result, Ekitike received a second warning for removing his shirt and was sent off a minute after scoring the goal.
Due to his dismissal, Ekitike will miss his team's English Premier League match against Crystal Palace.
