The match between "Monaco" and "Lens" in the 12th round of the French Ligue 1 season has ended.
Idman.Biz reports that the game was held at the "Stade Louis II" stadium in Monaco.
The visitors won with a score of 4-1.
The first goal of the game was scored by the visitors' striker Odsonne Edouard in the 21st minute. Monaco midfielder Folarin Balogun equalized from a penalty in the 37th minute, but three minutes later striker Wesley Said put Lens ahead again. At the end of the first half, Balogun received a straight red card and left the field, after which the visitors' midfielder Mamadou Sangare increased the difference in the score in the 45+3rd minute.
Wesley Said scored his second goal in the 60th minute of the second half, setting the final score.
After 12 games, "Monaco" is sixth in the French championship standings with 20 points, while "Lens" is second with 25 points.
