Leandro Andrade became the author of "Qarabağ"'s 250th goal in European cups

"Qarabağ" played its 200th match in European cups and scored its 250th goal. This coincided with the IV round of the League stage of the UEFA Champions League. Sport24.az reports with reference to the PFL website that the match with "Chelsea" went down in history as the 200th match of Ağdam residents in continental tournaments in total. The meeting with the English representative ended with a score of 2:2. 

"Qarabağ" played 67 matches in the Champions League, 109 in the Europa League (formerly the UEFA Cup), 16 in the Conference League, 4 in the Cup Winners' Cup, and 4 in the Intertoto Cup.

"Qarabağ"'s first goal in this match was the 250th goal scored in European club tournaments. Leandro Andrade signed the jubilee goal.

"Qarabağ" scored 105 goals in the Champions League, 124 in the Europa League (formerly the UEFA Cup), 19 in the Conference League, 1 in the Cup Winners' Cup, and 2 in the Intertoto Cup.

"Qarabağ" won 77 victories in these matches, drew 47 times and lost 76 times. The team that scored 251 goals conceded 261 goals.       

It should be noted that "Qarabağ" debuted in European cups in the 1996/97 season. On August 8, 1996, the guests won in the match with "MüPA" in Baku - 0:1. The first goal was scored by Bakhtiyar Musayev in the match against the Finnish representative 14 days later (1:1, in extra time).
