The Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) conducted an on-site inspection of the condition of the Gazakh city stadium.
Idman.biz, referring to Idmanxeber.az, reports that representatives of the federation closely familiarized themselves with the infrastructure of the stadium and assessed the current situation.
During the inspection, the issue of long-term lease of the stadium and large-scale reconstruction work was raised. According to AFFA's plan, the complex will be renovated in accordance with modern standards, comfortable conditions will be created for fans, and a significant sports infrastructure will be formed for the development of football in the region.
The project includes the renovation of the field surface, the repair of stands and locker rooms, as well as the installation of lighting and security systems.
