Former head coach of Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool football teams, Jurgen Klopp, shared his sincere thoughts about his career.
Idman.Biz reports with reference to "TV2" that the German specialist admitted that he never considered himself a prominent master during his coaching career.
"I never considered myself a genius expert during my time as a coach. Every day I had so much work, so many questions in my head that sometimes I didn't even know what to do," Klopp noted.
He also touched on his comparison with Josep Guardiola:
"If people were talking about our competition and I considered him the best coach in the world, then I was good enough too. I understood this, but I didn't fully realize it until the end."
Klopp added that he was only able to look at his work with different eyes after finishing his career:
"I'm no longer a coach and now I understand that, it turns out, I was really good."
It should be reminded that Klopp led Liverpool in 2015-2024 and during this period the team won both the Champions League and the Premier League.
