– We had a lot of scoring opportunities. We had 6-7 chances, not 3 or 4. My players played well, I am satisfied with each of them. We couldn't capitalize on our scoring opportunities, and the opponent scored. The kids worked hard. The players who came on later need time to get better.

– Don't you think the turning point of the game was the substitutions?

– I agree. But those who came on later are also our players. True, we didn't get the game we expected. For example, Quimbia has speed and technique, but we didn't see it. In any case, we must give every player in the team a chance to see them. Ibrahim Sangare has just joined the team and needs time to adapt.

– There were 6 players from last season in the starting lineup. What were the negative and positive sides of this?

– We have good players. Shahin, Eshgin, Nijat were among the best of last season. I am satisfied with them. There are experienced players in the team. For example, Doni Massumo had never played professionally before coming to Azerbaijan, and last year he became the top scorer in the championship.

– Are they at the Premier League level?

– If they play here, then yes.

– What goal has been set for you?

– The goal is to be as high as possible in the championship and to strengthen. It is difficult for a club that came from the lower league to play against teams like "Garabagh" and "Zira". The goal is to protect our place. We will not be afraid of any team.

– Were you satisfied with the refereeing? You had protests...

– It was an emotional state. I can't say anything about the referees. Sometimes I felt like I was playing on the field.

– Was your inability to score due to the opponent's goalkeeper's skill, or did your attackers lack skill?

– There was a lack of experience. The main thing is that we can create scoring opportunities. I am glad that we have so many opportunities.
