- You played a draw (1:1) with "Shamakhi" in the first round of the Premier League. What can you say about the match?

- Not the first, but the second half went as we wanted. We were able to show our game after the break. We had completely taken the advantage. Unfortunately, we couldn't score the necessary goal.

- What was missing to score the necessary goal?

- I can say from my side that I was unlucky. I was very close to scoring in two episodes. As I mentioned before, we have a good team. The coaching staff is doing their best for the development of the club. Since it was the first game, we had many shortcomings, we need to fix each of them. I hope we will continue to develop.

- Will we be able to see the game in the second half with "Shamakhi" from the first minutes in the next match?

- We need to maintain this pace for the next games. If we perform in every match as we played in the last 25-30 minutes, we can understand each other better during the episodes. I must say accurately that we need to improve ourselves in many points. We are a new team. I know that the fans want results from "Neftçi". I hope that in the future we will work better and give the team and fans the results they want.

- Should fans expect 3 points from the game with "Imishli"?

- Of course. True, all games are difficult at the beginning of the championship. But we understand that we represent "Neftçi". Especially if you play in this team, you realize the responsibility. I can say that I came to the best and biggest club in Azerbaijan. All matches are difficult, but we are focused on winning 3 points because we need it.

- How is your adaptation process going in "Neftçi"?

- To be honest, I feel good here. With the game I played and showed in the second half, I can say that I am already used to the team. We must stay at this level, continue to develop, and reach the goal that the club requires from us. We must support "Neftçi" as much as we can.
