– We had undertaken that the main stadium would be closed for renovation this year. It should start in the summer months; it is impossible to do it in winter. Because the equipment cannot enter there, there are some reasons. This stadium needs to be demolished and rebuilt. It is a stadium built 30 years ago. The stadium does not have lighting, drainage system, and a part of the stands must be completely demolished. In addition, "Skyboxes" must be built, etc.
– When do you intend to start the process?
– In the summer months, more precisely, we should start after March. What we wanted was to spend all our strength on winning a ticket to the Premier League, which is our main goal. On the other hand, we are preparing by holding our own tenders.

– There is no such thing. Part of the payments is paid from the budget allocated by AFFA, and the other part is paid by ourselves as a sponsor. As of today, there is only a one-month debt. It is something that happens in every club. It's not even a 1-month debt, it's a 20-day debt. That is, the general system works like this.

– Adnan Ahmadzadeh has nothing to do with it. I am the president of ASTA. He is my close friend. We have been friends for 30 years.

– I can't say anything about that, it's impossible. We have no information about that.
– You said that "Mingachevir" will be one of the ambitious clubs of the Premier League in 3 years. Have your plans changed?
– No, we are still following our 2-3 year plan.
