- It was a good game, there was a tense fight on the field. Frankly, I wouldn't want the game to end, it would be interesting if the tempo continued for another 15-20 minutes. Unfortunately, football consists of 90 minutes. We had technical mistakes. There was also a well-prepared opponent ahead. We could have lost, we could have won. As a result, we got one point. How do you rate Kamilo Duran's game? Will we see him on the field in the match against "Benfica"?
- In general, he did not play badly. He made moves typical of a striker and created dangerous moments for the opponent. It is possible that he has not yet fully adapted to the position. But we have time, we will make a decision against "Benfica" after fully analyzing the opponent.
- How is Nariman Akhundzade?
- His condition is not bad. But he is not expected to join the team for training in the coming days. He will join the team before the second game in the Champions League.
- Has "Qarabag" agreed with Ramil Sheydaev?
- There is no such reality at the moment. We have injured players, there may be difficulties with the number of players. I heard yesterday that he left "Neftchi". I don't know foreign coaches closely. That's why I have always given preference to our coaches. It is necessary to trust local coaches in the national team and in clubs.
- Emin Mahmudov renewed your record in the national team. What can you say about this?
- I congratulated him. There is nothing permanent in sports. Emin is a hardworking, disciplined and exemplary football player. I congratulate him again. Numbers are not that important. It will also motivate others to update his record.
Have you analyzed "Benfica" superficially?
- Yes, I watched. They are as we know them. They play very dynamic football. Currently, it is the most dynamic team playing in Portugal. The players are well balanced with each other. We will analyze it again extensively. We will try to play well against them.
