Former Manchester United player Anderson could face a 30-day prison sentence for failing to pay alimony.
"Report" reports, citing "The Daily Star", that the decision was made by the Civil Court of Porto Alegre, Brazil.
It is reported that the former midfielder's debt has reached $188,000.
It should be noted that Anderson won the English Premier League, the Champions League, and the Club World Cup with Manchester United. He also played for Porto (Portugal), Fiorentina (Italy), Gremio, Internacional, Coritiba (Brazil), and Adana Demirspor (Turkey).
