Former president of the Spanish club "Barcelona" Josep Bartomeu is accused of fraud.
"Report" reports, citing "El Mundo", that the city court summoned the functionary to testify.
The investigation began after a statement by the current president of the Catalan representative, Joan Laporta. The damage to the club is estimated at 30 million euros.
According to reports, fraud was committed during the transfer of Malcom, who was sold to Zenit in 2019, and Antoine Griezmann, who was recruited from Atletico in the same year.
