"Nottingham Forest" has banned "Sky Sports" expert Gary Neville from visiting and commenting on "City Ground" in the last - 38th round of the English Premier League.

Gary Neville said that he will not be able to comment on the Nottingham Forest - Chelsea match on Sunday, because the "foresters" refused to give him accreditation. According to Neville, "Sky Sports" informed him about this: "I was informed that "Forest" will not let me into the stadium as a commentator. I had no choice but to refuse to participate in the broadcast."
According to "BBC Sport", the incident is related to Neville's criticism of Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis. Earlier this month, he called Marinakis's appearance on the field after the match with "Leicester" and emotional conversation with the team's head coach Nuno Santu a "scandal". Neville then wrote on social media: "Nunu should already be discussing leaving with him [the club] tonight. Fans, players and the coach do not deserve such treatment."
The club later rejected the allegations, saying it was not a "confrontation" but an expression of dissatisfaction with striker Taiwo Awoni's continuation of the game after being injured, which resulted in the need for emergency surgery.
"In my 14-year professional career, I have criticized and praised many, but this is the first time I have faced such a ban. Yes, the club has the right to decide who to let in, but this reflects the general state of affairs in the club over the past year," Neville said.
The expert added that he was disappointed by the club's decision: "Personally, I regret that such a big club as "Nottingham Forest" has fallen to the level of making such decisions. I wish the coaching staff, players and fans success in the fight for the Champions League."
The Premier League has stated that accreditation is an internal matter for the club.
It should be reminded that "Forest", which is in the seventh place in the table, retains the chance to qualify for the Champions League if it defeats "Chelsea" and other results are favorable for it.
It should be noted that Gary Neville is a former defender of Manchester United and the England national team. After finishing his career, he became a popular football expert on "Sky Sports" and briefly coached "Valencia".
