Former Real Madrid player Roberto Carlos has named his best teammate at the club. Sport24.az reports that the Brazilian star spoke about this on "The Obi One" podcast:
"For me, it's Beckham. Zidane was the best player. But Beckham wasn't just my friend, he was also an example for everyone. He was the best not only in games, but also in training. He tried to move as much as possible, always running. At the same time, he made incredible passes. He played with all his heart.
I understand that people also remember Ronaldo, Raul, Luis Figo and others. For me, Beckham was the most consistent player. He always played for the team. David worked hard not only in attack, but also in defense. He did everything the team needed. Maybe not all the fans felt it. But everyone in the team felt how hard he worked."
